Regarding employment law, you can engage me, among others, for

  • Dismissal proceedings before the court or the UWV
  • Negotiations for termination agreements
  • (Drawing up or advising on) employment contracts
  • Sickness and reintegration

Regarding immigration law you can engage me for

  • Handling of residence applications for all available residency purposes
  • Handling of appeals procedures at the IND and (higher) appeal procedures at the Court and the Administrative Jurisdiction Division of the Council of State
